If you need to cancel a scheduled service with Artisanaiarton, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
For emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on live plants unless they arrive damaged or dead. If you receive a damaged or dead plant, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
All plants must be returned in their original condition with original packaging if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
For non-plant products such as planters, tools, or accessories, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds for services will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Partial refunds may be issued for services that have been partially completed, depending on the circumstances and at our discretion.
Processing fees or shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Our guarantee covers workmanship and plant health for the first 30 days after installation. We will address any issues that arise due to our installation or plant selection.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper care, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If you receive damaged items, please contact us immediately at info@artisanaiarton.cv with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage.
Exchanges may be available for unused products within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges for different plant varieties may be subject to price differences, which will be charged or refunded accordingly.
